Distribute the work accordingly: You must know the members of each team to know who is capable of doing what or where it can be developed in the best way to take advantage of the potential.
Keeping a team in tune: The better relationship exists between the members of a team within an organization, without a doubt, the results will be much better due to the fact that they all seek a common goal while taking advantage of all their abilities.
Improve upcoming schedules: If the work of each of the employees who report to you is closely followed and we allocate the available resources based on that information, we will notice that it can be done better each time over time.
