 Define Human resources. Human resources are the set of workers, of employees, owned by an organization, a certain sector as well as an economy as a whole. Any natural person who has a link to an organization, sector or economy, is considered a human resource. In turn, within business administration, the concept refers to the management that the company carries out with its workers. From hiring to firing, it's the job of the human resources department.


What is the role of human resources? Define in detail. The human resources department is the main person in charge of managing the organization's human resources, and is made up of a group of people who organize themselves in the company to achieve the following objectives: select and train the people that the company needs, provide workers with the necessary means so that they can carry out their work and try to make the worker satisfy their needs.


What is Capital? Capital is the total physical and financial resources that an economic entity has, obtained through contributions from partners or shareholders, to generate profits or profits. This amount is always distinguished from the interest charged. Basically, it is defined as the amount of money that is loaned or imposed.


In your opinion, is human resources necessary? Explain.  I believe that the importance of human resources is very key so that a company can have a great operation together with a greater use of its employees. It is like a kind of gear within the company that also improves the talent within the company with its continuous development.


What are the main areas of Human resources? There are many areas that serve to improve many processes and operations, among which stand out:

  • Talent management

  • Change management

  • Organizational culture

  • Training and development

  • Internal communication

  • Labor Relations


Define Human resource management. Human resource management is responsible for defining the processes by which companies plan, organize and administer the tasks and assets related to the people who make up the organization. The impact of HR management can be noticeable in the company if its policies are managed properly. It must be taken into account that this area is the link between the mission, vision and values ​​of the company and the employees who work in it. If getting employees and management goals to go along the same lines is difficult, getting employees engaged and motivated by those goals is even more difficult. Human resource management has the function of communicating all these policies and worrying about promoting the values ​​of the organization in employees.


What are the main responsibilities of a Human Resource Manager? Define  them in detail. Among the practices that the Human Resources manager should promote are the following:

  • Knowledge of the organization: You must be clear about the philosophy, mission and perspective of the company to know how you can nurture it from your work area.

  • Effective Human Resources practices: Learn about practices and activations that offer greater profitability to the sector, in relation to the investment and management of human talent.

  • Cultural Management: Must be trained to integrate with various departments and areas of the organization, especially in times of renewal and crisis management.

  • Change management: Knowing the recognized symptoms of change and evolution of different areas is a necessary characteristic of a Human Resources manager who wants to bring perspective and avant-garde to the organization.

  • Personal credibility: Building trust in the different sectors of the organization is essential to promote change and influence in a positive way.

Which of the responsibilities you mentioned in the previous questions do you  think is the most challenging or a HRM? Why? For me, I think that the one that may be the most challenging is perhaps change management because this is where the manager must make decisions about employees who are not working as expected or sometimes enter a dilemma of not knowing which person between 2 choose since both would fit well in the position and know what is indicated so that the team and the results continue to be better and better.


What are the most important skills of a Human Resource Manager? A human resources director must always be prepared and that is why they may have these main skills to better develop their work: 

  • Negotiation skills: Precisely for this resolution of conflicts that may arise in a team, negotiation skills are essential.

  • Talent management: The Human Resources director must know how to identify, internally recognize, manage, develop and enhance the talent of any organization.

  • Analytical and organizational skills: The actions carried out by the human resources department must be in line with the company's strategy, so the capacity for analysis and organization is vital.

  • Leadership and empathy: A Human Resources director has to be a leader and an example for employees, with the aim of getting the maximum involvement of their workers with their organization and their team management.

  • Team management: The director of Human Resources must have the ability to know how to coordinate and communicate with his team in an appropriate way.
